In his role, Neil leads a team of professionals that provide specialist risk solutions to Anglican churches, schools and care organizations across Australia. Throughout his career, Neil has been a passionate advocate for vision-focused intentional risk-taking.
Outside of work, Neil has many years of board experience including current chair of School Revival Inc and formerly, chair of Focus on The Family Australia, Sport & Life Training (SALT) and Deputy Chair of Childsafe Ltd. Neil has been married for over 20 years and has two daughters in their late teens.
